My Approach
1. Collaborative Content Creation
I believe the most powerful content comes from the client’s own expertise and insights, so we approached content creation as a team. While I could generate ideas, my role was to help shape their unique message and turn it into engaging material.
Weekly Newsletters: The client provided a weekly newsletter that I repurposed into various formats, transforming it into social media posts, blog articles, and informative graphics. This approach allowed us to reach different audiences with consistent, cohesive messaging across platforms.
2. Strategic Client Generation
Recognizing that social media alone wouldn’t be enough, we developed a multi-faceted outreach strategy to connect with parents, schools, and community partners.
School Outreach & Partnerships: We identified local schools as an ideal channel to reach parents of neurodivergent children. I created tailored pitches, and together we reached out to schools to offer educational workshops on neurodivergent support. This led to a partnership with a top school, where the client now provides training to teachers on effective support techniques for neurodivergent students.
Launching a Podcast: To expand our reach and connect with more parents, we launched a podcast focused on neurodivergent therapy tips and family support. I then repurposed each episode into YouTube videos, clips, and social media content to widen the podcast’s visibility and impact.
Results
Enhanced Content Engagement: By repurposing newsletters and collaborating on content ideas, we created a steady stream of engaging, authentic content that resonated with the client’s audience.
Increased Client Leads: The school partnership opened new client pathways, connecting the clinic with parents and educators who could benefit from their services.
Broadened Reach: The podcast and school outreach allowed the client to reach a wider audience, educating both parents and educators on neurodivergent needs and generating new interest in the clinic’s services.
