To establish the client as a go-to health coach, we developed a multi-layered content strategy that positioned her expertise front and center.
Launching a Podcast: The client’s knowledge and passion came alive through podcast episodes, allowing her to share valuable insights on women’s health. We repurposed podcast content into various formats—blogs, social media posts, and YouTube clips—maximising her reach and reinforcing her position as a leading health coach.

2. Managing Growth and Scaling Support
As her client base expanded, it became essential to maintain the quality of support and manage the increasing workload.
Bringing in Additional Help: To ensure that clients received the attention they deserved, I recommended hiring additional support to assist with growing client demands. This allowed us to stay on top of administrative tasks and client communication, ensuring no one felt left behind as the business scaled.
Transitioning from Admin to Marketing Support: Starting with basic admin support, I gradually took on more marketing responsibilities as her business grew.
